涙のふるさと

真っ赤な空 has this raw, driving energy that hits differently after the quiet intensity of 涙のふるさと — the two tracks balance each other perfectly.

涙のふるさと starts so gentle and builds into that classic BUMP OF CHICKEN swell—the piano melody on the first track really pulls you in. For a single it's got great replay value, both songs feel complete.

I’ve been listening to “涙のふるさと” on repeat all week, and the transition between the two tracks feels like a complete emotional journey. The second song especially, with its vivid imagery of a red sky, really stuck with me after the first few plays.
